Thank you for your interest in applying for the Maricel Manfredi Prize, named in honor of the achievements of nurse scientist and leader Dr. Maricel Manfredi. The Manfredi prize is traditionally awarded during the Colloquium for an outstanding article that is innovative, rigorous, oriented to health problems relevant to the Americas, makes a contribution to the field, and presents recommendations that can be applied to nursing practice and/or public policy. The winner will receive $2,000 and the opportunity to publish in Hispanic Health Care International, the official journal of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses.
